Element Industrial, a property developer founded by businessman Ionut Dumitrescu, has recently entered the logistics market by announcing its first project, Eli Park 1 in the Chitila area, west of the Romanian capital. The project will require an investment of €25 million.
Eli Park 1 will be built in two stages, on a 10-hectare land located on national road DN 7, at the exit of Chitila. The logistics park will offer 45,000 sqm of storage and office space. The first phase (20,000 sqm) is due to be delivered in Q2 2019.
