The Idea Office Building in the Smíchov quarter of Prague, part of the NEMO real estate fund, has undergone a significant transformation, welcoming new commercial and diplomatic tenants.

After the departure of anchor tenant Hello Bank!, it has adopted a new direction and a more modern face. In recent months, the current tenants have been completed by the Embassy of Japan and Scott.Weber, a leader in the flexible office market in the Czech Republic with 17 centres across the country.

"Originally a predominantly single-tenant facility, Idea Office Building has transformed into a multi-tenant commercial property, which is now fully occupied. The Anděl location is ideal for the development of flexible offices, and we have been observing growing demand here for a long time. This trend is reflected across the entire portfolio that we care for,” explains Pavel Kadera, an Asset Management Expert at Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN), which, as the founder of the NEMO fund, provides its Asset Management.

The Idea Office Building, formerly known as Anděl 16, is part of a modern office district in the heart of Smíchov. It was completed in 2005 as part of the Anděl City development project and offers more than 7,200 sqm of office space.
