More and more tenants are moving into the recently completed office building in the project of My Place. The second and last office building belonging to the multifunctional project developed by Echo Investment in Warsaw's Dolny Mokotów has become a new location for companies from different industries such as technology, finance, beauty and creative sector i.e. marketing and advertising. KAN, ArsThanea, Synektik, Networks! or Bozza have joined Echo's list of tenants.

At the beginning of 2021, the second and thus final office stage of the multifunctional project called My Place was put into operation. In 2019, Echo Investment completed the first part of the project – an office building of nearly 19,000 sqm, where among others, the Havas Group, CitySpace, ANG S.A. and Corteva have their offices.

My Place, located between Beethovena and Witosa Streets in Dolny Mokotów, combines apartments, offices and services, thus providing its users with a full spectrum of possibilities.

“The second office building of My Place is filling up with new tenants. The project was built during the ongoing pandemic, so it was a challenging year. Our immediate response, such as the "Five for Security" program, certainly had an impact on decisions made by our tenants. Ensuring safety and minimizing the risks associated with the spread of the virus has been and still is a priority for us,” says Michał Żelski, regional director at the office department, Echo Investment. “Echo has met expectations of tenants and many of lease contracts were finalized during a rather difficult time for the office market. However, we can see that the situation is stabilizing and more and more companies are starting to make long-term commitments. Tenants appreciate My Place  for its location, flexibility and comfort of offered office spaces, as well as for its friendly courtyards,” he adds.

My Place was one of the first Echo Investment's construction sites where strict procedures connected with epidemiological safety were introduced. This, combined with a high HSE standard, allowed the project to be completed in line with the planned schedule.

Caring for the safety of tenants, the developer has introduced in both office buildings the "Five for Security" program, which is a set of rules and procedures for the health and safety of office users. Such a guide with the most important rules has been given to every manager of Echo Investment's office buildings. It contains a description of principles and actions concerning hygiene and safety standards.

Shopper Park Plus closes Polish retail park deal

Shopper Park Plus' successful capital raise covering approximately 50% of the transaction value has enabled the acquisition of a strategic portfolio of eight Auchan hypermarket anchored assets across Poland, with the remaining amount financed through a loan facility signed with Aareal Bank AG last week, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued expansion within food-anchored retail real estate.
