Morgan Stanley Real Estate Romania is reportedly considering the acquisition of the Hermes Business Campus office project in Northern Bucharest, according to zf.ro.
The project, currently owned by developer Atenor, has an estimated value of over €150 million. Hermes Business Campus has been on sale since the beginning of 2017.
