MLP Group has begun the construction of a warehousing facility in its logistics centre in Czeladź. The construction of the facility with an area of nearly 10,000 square meters is scheduled for completion in Q2 2019.


The new construction project will be executed in compliance with the standards adopted by the MLP Group. This means that a Class A facility will be built with a net height of 10 meters and a floor bearing capacity of 6T/sqm. The facility will be fitted with modern equipment and accessories, including LED lighting, an ESFR sprinkler system, a gas-fired heating system, skylights and smoke vents.
 
“We are currently in the process of negotiating lease agreements with potential tenants interested in our warehouse space under construction. I am sure we will sign agreements for this space very soon. Our Czeladź park is located in Silesia, a region that ranks among Poland’s most popular and significant warehousing locations in the country,” emphasized Piotr Krawczyk, Manager of BTS Projects at MLP Group S.A.
 
MLP Czeladź is a modern logistic park under construction and when completed shall comprise of five Class A building totalling over 74,200 sqm of warehouse and light industry buildings. The park is located near the junction of the A4 motorway with the S1 expressway, 15 km from the airport in Katowice and 11 km from the city centre, in the proximity of express road S86 from Łódź to Tychy.
