Matexi Polska's Do Wilgi development in Krakow's Łagiewniki district has received its occupancy permit, meaning future residents will soon be able to collect their keys. The project comprises 100 functional apartments, with 2 and 3-room units still available for purchase.

Do Wilgi is a modern development consisting of a two-segment, five-story building. The project includes apartments ranging from 34 to 79 sqm, each with a balcony, loggia or terrace, while ground floor units feature private gardens. The development includes a two-level underground garage with electric vehicle charging stations.

Key handovers will begin in the fourth quarter of this year, with approximately 25 ready apartments still available for purchase.

"Obtaining the occupancy permit is the most important moment in any project's realization process. For people looking for apartments, it means the possibility of fulfilling their dreams today," says Barbara Marona, Sales Office Manager at Matexi Polska. "Ready apartments offer the comfort of viewing the property in person, checking its layout, sunlight exposure and views, then choosing one that best meets individual needs."

"We paid particular attention to the quality of materials used, eco-friendly solutions and functionality of common areas," adds Jakub Fedorow, project engineer at Matexi Polska. "We're pleased that our project enriches this part of Krakow with a modern yet intimate place to live."

Located at the end of Do Wilgi street near Zakopianka road, residents enjoy peace and quiet while maintaining excellent connections to the rest of the city. The area features numerous shops, a shopping center, cinema, service points, schools and medical facilities, plus green spaces including Wilga river park with cycling and walking paths. To celebrate 15 years in Poland, Matexi Polska is offering discounts of up to €28,000 on Do Wilgi apartments through October.
