CPI Property Group (CPIPG) announced the signing of an agreement concerning the disposal of the ski resort business in Crans Montana in Switzerland. It is a binding agreement for the sale of part of the shares to an American mountain resort company Vail Resorts. The gross transaction value is more than CHF 100 million (€105 million).

Czech investment group Enern and Lincoln Property Company, an American company operating in the European market including Slovakia, have started construction of a new office project in Warsaw called The FORM. The project was purchased by the new owners in 2021 from Penta Real Estate. Its financing includes recently issued bonds worth €30 million with an annual coupon of six and a half percent, which are managed and secured by J&T Bank. The bonds are listed and traded on the Bratislava Stock Exchange, trend.sk reports.

According to Savills latest research, pricing levels are increasingly attracting North American investors to European real estate. In 2022, North Americans invested more than Europeans cross the border, €48 billion compared to €36.6 billion, which is 31% above the five-year average for the former. In the Czech Republic, investors from North America spent €321 million in 2022 (40% above the five-year average), while European buyers (excluding domestic capital) acquired assets worth €459 million.

PPF Real Estate has teamed up with US developer Aventon Companies to enter the US residential market. Together they will build a residential complex with more than 300 residential units in Orlando, Florida by 2023. PPF intends to replicate this model of cooperation in other projects in the US, the company announced.

Czech-founded PPF Real Estate Holding has entered the United States market through its U.S. division, finalizing an acquisition of Mansell Overlook, a large office campus in the broader Atlanta metropolitan area. The acquisition is a steppingstone for future investments by PPF in the U.S. property market.
