MainStage Logistics, a company providing comprehensive services in respect of logistics centre management, has a new facility in the portfolio. Since December, the company has been managing an industrial and warehouse park in Jasionka near Rzeszów.

MainStage Logistics is an independent company operating in the logistics sector, offering a full range of services, such as space rental, leasing, financial asset management and investment consulting. According to the signed agreement – from December 2021, the company took over the management of the newly build Logistic Park Rzeszów, belonging to the LCube company.

“I am pleased to announce that we are starting a new phase in our company's operations. LCube Logistic Park Rzeszów is a modern infrastructure dedicated to frozen and cooled food storage, as well as meeting the logistics requirements of the e-commerce sector. We would like to thank LCube for the trust and decision to put the facility under our management. Having a team with such extensive competences at MainStage Logistics, we are committed to working on developing the possibilities of this logistics complex,” – says Dorota Suchodolska, Head of Property Management Operations MainStage Logistics.

The area of the facility is 6 000 sqm, but ultimately it will have over 24 000 sqm. The project is distinguished by good location – it is only 1 km away from the “Rzeszów-Jasionka” international airport and has a direct connection to the A4 motorway.

„Logistic Park Rzeszów is our first project under the name of LCube, which is why we are especially committed, also when it comes to management, to joining the best in the industry. Hence the decision to focus on cooperation with a professional entity such as MainStage Logistics,” – says Adrian Biesaga, Head of Development in LCube.

„Along with the completion of the first construction phase of the investment, we are starting work related to the commercialization of the second hall. The very quick lease of the entire space, completed before the investment was put into use, proves a large deficit of modern warehouse and production space in the vicinity of Rzeszów and allows us to be optimistic about the development of this facility,” – sums up Aleksandra Kołbon, Head of Leasing w LCube.

LCube completed the first commercialization stage of Logistic Park Rzeszów at the beginning of December this year. The long-term tenants in Hall A are: REN Group, which has been distributing food products in Poland for 25 years, and Cocolita.pl, a well-known online drugstore.
