Logicor, the owner of manager of logistics projects, has completed the development of a new warehouse in Mogoșoaia, Bucharest. The project with a leasable area of 38,000 sqm is part of the Logicor Bucharest I logistics park.


Following the latest delivery, the logistics park grew its total leasable area to 125,000 sqm. 

“In Romania, we own logistics zoned land allowing for the incremental development of more than 450,000 sqm of high-quality warehouse space in prime logistics regions and are well positioned to meet our customer’s requirements,” said Bartosz Mierzwiak, Managing Director of Logicor for CEE & Northern Europe. 

The warehouse has already been leased by companies in the FMCG, pharma and distribution sectors. The developer said it is now committed to develop an additional 22,000 sqm built-to-suit warehouse in the park due to increasing demand.
