After the recent start of construction works at LiNK Hradec Králové Linkcity has announced the launch of another project. The developer has received a planning permit for a logistics park in the industrial zone Nitra – Lužianky, located near the R1 motorway in Slovakia.
Nitra is the fifth largest city in Slovakia, situated only 60 minutes´ drive from Bratislava and 100 minutes from Vienna which is hosting one of the most advanced automotive plants for Jaguar Land Rover in the world.
The project LiNK Nitra West will have three halls with a total of 108,000 sqm of leasable area which will be designed with all the benefits of BIM technology. The construction works will start this summer and Linkcity hopes to deliver in early 2019, the company announced on LinkedIn.
