Knight Frank has formally opened a dedicated office in Sofia, becoming a fully branded Knight Frank business from May 2021.
This comes as an organic move, in line with the growing market in Sofia, the surrounding regions and in response to increasing demands from current clients for local real estate services, the company announced on LinkedIn.
“The opening of Knight Frank Bulgaria represents an exciting expansion of the network, allowing us unrivalled coverage of this important market. Sofia is a city in the vicinity of our already dominant presence in Bucharest and Budapest, so this opening comes as a natural step in order to be able to best serve our existent database present in Bulgaria as well,” says Horatiu Florescu, Chairman and CEO of Knight Frank Hungary & Romania.
