Knight Frank has been appointed sole agent of the Galeria Ostrowiec shopping mall. Experts from the company’s Retail Agency will diversify the offer of the shopping mall, owned by First Property Group.
Galeria Ostrowiec is the only shopping centre in Ostrowiec Swietokrzyski. Its total leasable area is 15,000 sqm. The shopping range of the mall includes shops of well-known and popular brands, restaurants and service points. The expansion of Galeria Ostrowiec will soon be finished and the centre’s area will amount to some 27,000 sqm. The new part of the shopping mall will include fashion boutiques, shoe shops and sport salons. Reserved, CCC and Martes Sport will be among the new shops to open.
