KG Group opens another large Atut chain centre in Kraków. This time it will be two retail parks with a total area of more than 20,000 sqm GLA, which will operate under the common name Atut Galicyjska.

Just last week, KG Group opened the Atut Ruczaj 2 centre, one of the largest retail parks in Poland today (over 25,000 sqm GLA). It is now preparing to open two Atut Galicyjska facilities with a slightly smaller area of more than 20,000 sqm GLA. On the other hand, it announces the launch of Atut in Sucha Beskidzka for mid-December.

"This is very demanding, but at the same time rewarding time for us, as we will be opening four Atut centres with a total area of over 50,000 sqm GLA in about two weeks. We treat it as the culmination of a certain period and at the same time as motivation for further work", says Krzysztof Gaczorek, CEO of KG Group.

There will be around 20 retail and service units in Atut Galicyjska. For Thursday, 8 December, the opening of their shops has been announced by, among others, Media Expert, RTV Euro AGD, Pan Materac, Rossmann, Action, Tedi, Kakadu, Black Red White, Dealz and Sinsay. In the following weeks, this offer will systematically expand, as Lidl, Cropp, House, Vox, Bel-Pol and Komfort, among others, will open their premises.

Atut centre will be also home to the first shop in Poland of the Woolworth chain, extremely popular in Germany, whose range includes, among others, decorative articles, electronics, stationery, household and toy articles, cosmetic and drugstore articles, etc.

"We have successfully completed the commercialisation of the two Atut retail parks on Galicyjska Street. We are convinced that it will be a new destination shopping place on the commercial map of Krakow with the whole cross-section of the most popular representatives of various industries",  points out Katarzyna Szabelska, Associate Director at BOIG Property Consulting, which together with KG Group is carrying out the commercialisation of the centre.

After the opening of Atut Galicyjska, KG Group will own 10 Atut centres with a total area of over 70,000 sqm GLA.
