JTH Group has opened the new Kaufland store and the adjacent Retail Park in Lovosice in North-west Bohemia. This project has been developed on an area of approximately 40,000 sqm on a former agricultural field.

Construction work started in November 2023 and the retail park was opened at the end of July. The Kaufland store offers a sales area of 2,984 sqm, with an additional area leased to pharmacy, newsagent, flower shop, refreshments and an ATM. 

The adjacent retail park with a sales area of 1,806 sqm completes the offer with units of Kik, Rossmann and Akvazoo. The parking areas include 249 lots.

New leases

  • Jack & Jones has leased 310 sqm for a new store at Promenada Sibiu, owned by NEPI Rockcastle.
  • Palas Campus, Romania's largest office building, is set to host the new regional hub for BCR starting this autumn. The HQ will occupy a surface area of approximately 1,000 sqm and will serve clients from the local county and adjacent regions.
  • Teva Pharmaceuticals has relocated its offices to Budapest-based Corvin Skypark. The deal covering 653 sqm was brokered by iO Partners.

New appointments

  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.

Fiege expands 21,000 sqm across three Panattoni parks

Panattoni and Fiege are expanding their partnership in western Poland through new agreements covering lease extensions and expansions at three sites: Panattoni Park Goleńiów I, Panattoni Park Zielona Góra I and Panattoni Park Gorzów I.
