JLL has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Heweliusza 18 – an office scheme developed in the centre of Gdańsk by Apollo-Rida.

Currently the office building, designed by renowned JEMS Architekci architectural studio, is undergoing interior fit-out works. This 10-floor building will provide 10,000 sqm of Class A office space along with underground parking and an extensive infrastructure for cyclists. The unquestionable advantage of the investment is its location as it is developed near the main communication hub of Gdańsk with easy access regardless of which direction employees and visitors are travelling from. The investor has also incorporated environmental solutions into the building and has been recognized with BREEAM Excellent certification. Residents will have access to an urban square with a range of amenities on a soon to be renovated Heweliusza Street. The first tenants will move to the office building at the beginning of 2019.

Heweliusza 18 office building is part of an office and residential complex developed in the heart of the city, close to the Radunia channel, Hotel Mercure and Madison shopping centre, on an area which has remained undeveloped since the 1970s. Dworzec Główny station is located just 200 meters away and provides prospective tenants and employees with an opportunity to use the Fast Urban Railway, the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway, and a wide range of buses, trams and intercity trains.
