JLL is responding to the strengthening trend of flexible offices along with the entry of new centres on the Czech market and introduces a unique consulting service in this sector in the Czech Republic. Tereza Bílá joined the JLL Landlord & Brokerage team as a Flexspace Consultant on June 1st.

Tereza Bílá will be responsible for providing consultancy to JLL clients such as tenants, landlords and flex space centres operators. Previously, she worked in various positions at Regus for 4 years. Tereza has gained a lot of experience in the area of serviced and shared offices including communication with clients, property and facility management, dealing with suppliers and in marketing. Tereza Bílá graduated from the University of Ostrava and received her master's degree at the FH Campus in Vienna.

“JLL has been offering its office leasing services since its establishment in the Czech Republic in 1992. When providing our services, we always try to reflect current market trends, therefore launch of the new flex space consulting service was a natural development. We are convinced that the new service will help our clients to fulfil their business ambitions and JLL will thus confirm its role as a leading market advisor,” said Štěpán Šatoplet, Head of JLL's Landlord & Brokerage department.

JLL offers its clients a complex service including landlords and brokerage services, tenant representation, flex space and workplace consulting, project management, design and delivery of complete fit-out and tailor-made reconstruction projects.

According to the latest JLL research, there are currently 57 branches with a total area of 47,300 m2, which offer flexible workspaces, also referred to as coworking centres (one of three types of flexible workspaces) and there are 37 providers in Prague. In 2019, JLL expects 67% growth in flexible offices in Prague compared to the previous year. Interest in the flexible type of offices is increasing from corporations as they use this type of workplace in the need of expansion that current offices cannot cover.
