Union Investment has acquired a new logistics building in the Polish town of Września, around 50 km east of Poznań. The acquisition will be added to the holdings of institutional fund UII Garbe Logistik Fonds. The seller is Netherlands-based online retailer vidaXL. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Wing has sold the Máriássy office complex in Budapest to GRAWE Immo AG, part of the GRAWE Group. Wing purchased the plot and developed the office buildings in 2003-2005. Financial details were not disclosed about the deal.

Real estate advisory firm Savills has extended its service offering to property investors, developers and owners in Poland to include strategic consulting department. The new business line will be spearheaded by Krzysztof Sakierski and Kamila Pereta-Krawczyk, who joined Savills in early October.

GLP has acquired a 60,000 sqm logistics centre in Bieruń from SPM. The seller will lease the building back for another ten years.

Ghelamco Poland has announced the sale of Prochownia Łomianki retail park. The new buyer of the building is the LCP Properties group.

Iris office building, located in Warsaw at 9 Cybernetyki Street has been sold by the entity being a part of CPD Group to DL Invest Group. Avison Young brokered the transaction and represented the seller in the disposal process.

Investment transactions in Romania’s commercial property sector amounted to €656 million in the first three quarters of 2022, which was up 16.5% compared to the same period of last year, with offices driving deal volumes, according to real estate consultancy JLL Romania. 

Savills has announced the acquisition of Knight Frank’s commercial property and asset management team in Poland. Under the agreement, 35 employees have joined Savills and its Polish property management portfolio has surpassed 1,200,000 sqm.

Macquarie Capital Principal Finance (Macquarie) has provided €123.4 million in the form of a senior secured loan to DL Invest Group. The three-year facility will be funded using capital from Macquarie’s balance sheet. 

Wood & Company has increased its stake in the Bratislava shopping centre Aupark by 27%. Currently, Wood & Company and TAM own 87% of the asset. The stable annual performance of over 11% is now confirmed by Wood & Company's real estate funds.
