Trinova Real Estate has completed the acquisition of the Spectrum Building in Glasgow on behalf of Futureal Group, a leading real estate developer and investor in Central and Eastern Europe. The transaction marks a significant milestone in Futureal’s expansion into Western Europe.

Czech investor CPI Property Group has completed the acquisition of the Equator IV office building in Warsaw from Karimpol Polska. JLL advised the buyer in this transaction.

CA Immo has successfully disposed of its 4,483,453 shares in Immofinanz representing approximately 4.0% of Immofinanz’ issued share capital by way of an accelerated book-building offering to institutional investors. The aggregate value of the remaining stake was approximately €111 million.

Cromwell has completed the acquisition of all third party investor interests in the Cromwell Polish Retail Fund (CPRF). CPRF contains seven catchment-dominating shopping centres with a Gross Asset Value of approximately €600 million. The centres have an occupancy rate of 96.3% and a weighted average lease term (WALT) of 5.1 years.

Hungarian residential developer Cordia  has carried out a successful bond issue on 5 November (Cordia 2026/I). The financial settlement date is 7 November 2019, the maturity is 7 November 2026. The offered volume was HUF 40 billion at face value which attracted HUF 53.55 billion in bids. The amount of funds raised is HUF 44.4 billion.

With the recent acquisition of a business park located at Košice airport, CTP has become the market leader as the largest developer and owner of industrial and logistics real estate in Slovakia.

Israeli company Shikun & Binui has signed an exclusive letter of intent to acquire the 76,000 sqm Hermes Business Campus office complex in Northern Bucharest from Belgian developer Atenor, according to profit.ro.

Globalworth has signed a preliminary sale and purchase agreement with Cavatina Holdings SA to acquire two office developments in Poland, in Warsaw and Krakow, on their completion scheduled for Q1 2020. The maximum transaction consideration for the two assets has been set at €185 million, with the final consideration to be determined on their leasing status at completion and after customary deductions. 

CPI Property Group has issued green bonds with a face value of €750 million, a yield of 1.625% and a maturity date of 23rd April 2027. Over €2 billion of the bonds have been placed. The company intends to use a significant portion of this to acquire high-quality office properties in Warsaw during Q4 2019 and 2020.

Futureal Group has acquired the Antares office building in Warsaw, Poland. The 16-year-old complex will be fully modernized and repositioned in order to exceed the higher expectations of tenants. Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as sole letting agent for the project.
