Local residential developer Metrodom has bought a 15,000 sqm plot on Budapest's Soroksári út, where it plans to build a new residential quarter, property advisor CE Land, which brokered the deal, announced.

In spring 2021, Hungarian FM provider B+N Referencia Zrt. acquired the interests of ISS Group in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.  With this move, the Hungarian company group has become one of the largest facility operators in the region. As a logical continuation of this expansion, the company purchased a 100% stake in the Slovenian subsidiary of ISS.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is boosting the development of green industrial and logistics real estate with a €72 million mezzanine loan facility to DL Invest Group, a Polish real-estate developer focused on commercial property.

SAP is acquiring the newly built Class A office building Park Lane Office Center in Sofia for €49 million. The purchase price is equivalent to a 7.5% asset yield. This is the largest investment deal on the Bulgarian office property market so far in 2021

European Logistics Investment has signed a loan agreement worth €111 million with Berlin Hyp. The funds will be used for the refinancing of four projects from ELI’s logistics portfolio.

Savills Investment Management has acquired the A2 Warsaw Park logistics centre in Adamów, near Grodzisk Mazowiecki for €112.5 million. The property was purchased from Invesco Real Estate, a global real estate investment manager, on behalf of Savills IM European Logistics Fund 3 (ELF3), which already owns 11 investments across Europe. This is the fund’s largest transaction in Europe and one of Savills IM’s largest investments in the Polish commercial real property market. 

The office building Moje Miejsce I, which is part of the multifunctional "destination” project in Warsaw's Dolny Mokotów district, will change its owner. Echo Investment sells it for €47.3 million to an institutional investor operating on the real estate market. The office building is almost fully leased to reputable tenants and has been awarded BREEAM environmental certificate with a Very Good rating.

Following the sale of the Buda Square and Margit Palace office buildings in November last year, Budapest-based Adventum Zrt. has sold another asset from its Adventum TRIUM Real Estate Fund portfolio, the Máriássy 5 office building and the associated development area.

Atrium European Real Estate Limited, an owner and operator of shopping centres and residential for rent properties in Central Europe, announces that it has signed its first two residential transactions, totalling around 650 residential units, located in Warsaw and Kraków in Poland, for €53 million in aggregate. Atrium will invest further into the properties in order to achieve the highest sustainability standards and a BREEAM certification.

CBRE Investment Management, on behalf of one of its Pan-European funds, has completed the off-market acquisition of a fully-let portfolio of logistics assets in Poland, from 7R SA. Comprising a total of 44,844 sqm, the portfolio consists of 7R Park Poznań East and 7R Park Sosnowiec.
