Innovinia has announced its acquisition of a 17,500 sqm industrial hall in eastern Kecskemét, increasing its total assets under management to over 270,000 sqm.

Innovinia's industrial parks in Kecskemét have already played a defining role in the region's economic landscape. The company previously held industrial and logistical parks in the city's western and southern zones, but this move secures a strategic position in the eastern district as well. The newly purchased unit houses an international light industrial tenant committed to the location through a long-term lease agreement.

Location was an important consideration in the acquisition: the building provides direct access to major transport routes, functioning as an ideal logistics and manufacturing hub. This type of real estate investment ensures stable yield-generating capacity and market growth for Innovinia.

Balázs Czifra, Director of Sales and Asset Management at Innovinia, commented on the transaction: "This acquisition is a key step in our real estate development strategy, as integrating the eastern location makes our presence in the region truly comprehensive. We have not only increased the size of our portfolio but also optimized our positioning across Kecskemét's most important industrial hubs."

At the same time, Innovinia remains committed to sustainable and value-oriented real estate development through the expansion of its IGPark network.
