Hungarian developer Infogroup has completed the latest building in its Eastern Hungarian industrial complex in the Polgári Industrial Park, which it also operates. The 4,500 sqm industrial/logistics hall is an extension to an existing 27,000 sqm project in the park.
During development, Infogroup placed emphasis on integrating green solutions such as biological wastewater management, selective waste collection and LED lighting, and also built a bicycle road and installed solar panels to support the sustainable operation of the building.
Talks to lease the building are in the final stage and the developer expects a result in a couple of days.
The 58-hectare Polgári Industrial Park now offers 32,000 sqm of Class A light industrial and logistics space for rent, in addition to development plots.
