The NIPÜF Group has opened two new warehouse units in the industrial park of Páty, near Budapest. The tenant for the facility, now expanded to 23,000 sqm, is Waberer’s-Szemerey Logisztika Kft.
The NIPÜF Group has expanded Hall G, completed in the spring of 2018, in the Inpark Páty industrial park to nearly twice its original size. In line with the needs of the tenant, the building has been extended both in length and width and now offers 22,282 sqm of logistics space and 569 sqm of offices. The constructor of the more than HUF 2 billion project was West Hungária Bau Kft. With this latest deal, hall space leased in the park comes to nearly 46,000 sqm, and it has valid building permits for a further 127,000 sqm.
Waberer’s-Szemerey Logisztika signed a long-term lease for Hall G of Inpark Páty in July 2019. The company is providing logistics services to a number of customers using the building built to the technical standards of the NIPÜF Group.
