Romanian Impact Developer & Contractor has secured a €5 million loan from OTP Bank for the refinancing of investments.
The loan was granted to a subsidiary of Impact Developer & Contractor through which the company developed the complex Luxuria Residence in Bucharest.
Impact Developer & Contractor said the loan will be reimbursed on a quarterly basis for a period of 36 months.
Shares of the developer closed flat at 0.69 lei on Thursday evening on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). Impact Developer & Contractor has ongoing residential investments in Bucharest, Constanța and Iași.
