Real estate group Immofinanz says it has reopened over 10,000 sqm of leasable space in VIVO! Baia Mare and added new retailers as part of an investment of €7 million in overhauling the shopping centre.
Some of the retailers have reconfigured their stores based on refreshed concepts and Lidl was attracted as a new tenant in the project.
Fulga Dinu, Country Manager Operations Immofinanz Romania, said the investment positions VIVO! Baia Mare as the main shopping and entertainment destination in the Maramureș region.
Immofinanz’s portfolio in Romania comprises retail and office projects with a combined value of €775.5 million. Local operations have a share of 15.2% in the total group portfolio.
