IBB Holding Romania, founded by Romanian entrepreneur Ion Crăciunescu, has started the development of a new residential complex in Pipera, near northern Bucharest, which will have a market value of around €160 million.
The project will feature 525 apartments and will be delivered in two phases by the summer of 2026.
The developer aims to certify all the homes as BREEAM Excellent, with the process underway.
Aside from the residential component, the project will include 10 commercial spaces as well as health facilities.
IBB Holding’s local portfolio includes infrastructure, real estate and construction firms.
