Hungarian-owned real estate development group Faedra Group has opened its first office in Poland. In July 2026, the company established Faedra Group Polska, headquartered in Warsaw, marking the first chapter of its international expansion.
The move forms part of the Group's international growth strategy. Faedra Group Polska is primarily exploring market entry opportunities within the living sector, while assessing additional development and investment opportunities across the country.
Faedra Polska is led by Pawel Kozakiewicz, who holds a master's degree in construction management from Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Over a 15-year career spanning residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, he has held senior positions at Skanska, Bouygues Immobilier Poland and private equity fund Periskop Partners, before serving as Project Director at Develia, one of Poland's largest listed developers. Across these roles, he has contributed to a development portfolio exceeding 500,000 sqm of sales area.
"The launch of Faedra Group Polska is the result of a deliberate expansion strategy. Our objective is to establish a presence in Poland, the region's largest market, while leveraging local management to build on the successes we have achieved in Hungary," said Bence Boronkay, Founder and CEO of Faedra Group.
"The performance of the Polish economy, the reputation and fundamentals of the country's property market as well as access to international capital have motivated us to direct our resources to Poland," said Bence Vecsey, partner for investments and capital markets. Faedra Group will provide further details regarding its planned investments and development projects in Poland at a later date.
