Czech-based development group Horizon has announced that the sale of the second stage of Rezidence Čámovka is now complete. Despite much of the sales period being accompanied by pandemic-related uncertainty, all 148 flats in Prague's Čimice have already been secured by new owners. Commissioning for the five buildings in which they are located is scheduled for October this year.

The second phase of Rezidence Čámovka, the sale of which began in July 2019, includes 148 units in layouts ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk, with sizes from 36 to 126 square metres. The new buildings are situated in the vicinity of Čimické údolí, surrounded by nature on almost every side. In the design phase, Čámovka received international BREEAM “Very Good” certification. During the certification process the locality of the flats, their use of rainwater retention tanks for irrigating common green areas, the installation of economical fixtures, charging points for electric cars, and storage for bicycles located in the basement of buildings all scored highly with the judges.

The next phases of construction will see Rezidence Čámovka expanded with approximately 400 more flats in 15 new buildings.
