GTC has signed a €60 million refinancing and investment loan with Raiffeisen Bank International AG for the refinancing of Green Heart, its new office project in Serbia. The office park has already reached a prelease level of 42%.
The Green Heart business complex will comprise 46,000 sqm of office space, located in Milutina Milankovića in New Belgrade. 21,000 sqm are being fully renovated and 25,000 sqm are under construction. “The upgrade of two existing buildings and the construction of three new ones will create a green oasis,” commented Pedja Petronijević, Managing Director GTC Serbia.
