GTC signed new or extended lease agreements covering 31,800 sqm in its two shopping centres in Warsaw and Częstochowa during 2025. The majority of transactions comprised lease renewals and expansions by existing tenants, confirming the properties' appeal.

Both shopping centres maintained very high occupancy levels and remain almost fully leased. Among the largest transactions were agreements with key fashion brands and popular retail chains. At Galeria Jurajska in Częstochowa, Reserved retained a unit of over 2,800 sqm, and Jysk extended its lease for more than 1,000 sqm. At Galeria Północna in Warsaw's Białołęka district, key renewals included agreements with Sinsay (2,700 sqm), Martes Sport (nearly 1,200 sqm), enel-med (over 1,100 sqm), and Media Expert (1,000 sqm). The centre also welcomed new brands Mr.DIY and Action, both opening stores of around 1,000 sqm.

"Leasing nearly 32,000 sqm is a strong summary of the past year and confirmation of the effectiveness of our strategy. The high share of renewals and expansions is a measure of the quality of GTC's shopping centres - tenants make decisions based on hard results and the potential of each location," says Julita Kubalska, Head of Retail Leasing and Shopping Centre Management.

Galeria Północna offers 64,500 sqm of retail and service space. Galeria Jurajska is the largest shopping centre in the northern part of the Silesian Voivodeship, with nearly 49,000 sqm of leasable area.
