Greenman Poland, asset manager and developer of retail assets formerly known as Newbridge Poland, has announced the appointment of Barbara Wojdełko as its CEO following Greenman Group’s acquisition of the business.


In her role as CEO, Barbara will be responsible for managing Greenman Poland’s 15-strong team. Utilising their extensive experience in the retail real estate sector, Barbara will lead the team as Greenman Poland expands further into Poland and the broader CEE region. She will be based in Warsaw and will report to Johnnie Wilkinson, CEO of Greenman Group.

Prior to her appointment as CEO of Greenman Poland, Barbara was the managing partner of Newbridge Poland Sp. z o.o. and had overlooked the company’s finance, operations and acquisitions since 2015. She has over a decade’s worth of real estate experience and was previously an analyst for a warehouse developer active in the CEE region. She is also a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and holds a magister's degree in Corporate Finance, in addition to being an ACCA affiliate.

Regarding her appointment, Barbara commented: “I’m delighted to be joining Greenman Group as the CEO of Greenman Poland at a time when such exciting expansion is underway. This is a great opportunity for the business to evolve and I’m looking forward to driving this forward with further acquisitions for the Greenman European Supermarket fund, amongst other European funds and mandates.”

  • TriGranit has finalized a lease extension with Mondelez Europe Services to remain in the Signum Work Station building through 2032. Facilitated by broker CBRE, the agreement secures nearly 4,000 sqm of office surface for the global snacks group member within Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

New appointments

  • Katarzyna Myjak has joined Axi Immo as Senior Business Advisory Manager, tasked with strengthening the company’s Industrial & Logistics business line.
  • Czech investment group SCF has expanded its team by appointing Jan Simandl as Senior Leasing Team Leader. In this role, Simandl will oversee leasing activities across the company’s commercial property portfolio. He previously worked for CPI Property Group and CBRE.
  • Michał Kochanowski-Laren has joined Avison Young Poland’s Technical Advisory and Project Management team as Project Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for delivering a variety of consultancy projects across all segments of the commercial real estate market in Poland. Kochanowski-Laren is an electrical engineer and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
