Goodman is now constructing a second modern warehouse building totalling 36,700 sqm in Pomeranian Logistics Centre. The company’s flagship development in Poland has already secured five new pre-lease agreements.
Goodman fully commercialised its first property at the PLC in June 2016 and has begun the construction of a second Class A building. So far, 21,000 sqm have been leased to five Polish companies operating in the transport and logistics sector, with units ranging from 3,500 sqm to 5,200 sqm. The remaining 15,700 sqm will be available for immediate lease from June 2017. Upon completion of the second building, PLC’s capacity will reach approximately 88,000 sqm.
PLC is located near the Gdańsk Deepwater Container Terminal. DCT’s second quay was completed in October 2016, thereby doubling the handling capacity of the port to 3 million TEU a year. The logistics centre is owned by the Goodman European Partnership (GEP), Goodman’s flagship real estate investment vehicle in Europe. The centre’s total capacity could reach up to 500,000 sqm of flexible logistics warehousing and production facilities with integrated office space.
CTP Slovakia announces a new deal on 4,500 sqm space in CTPark Žilina with Albatros, an electronics and auto parts logistics provider.
The DTA Group, which specializes in customs clearance, forwarding, warehousing and contract logistics, will move to a new facility in the logistics park MLP Pruszków II. It will also double its space to close to 7,000 sqm. The facility is scheduled for handover in the second half of next year. The tenant was advised on the transaction by Querco Property.
Law firm JDP is increasing the space of its Warsaw office in North Gate to approximately 1,600 sqm. The building has recently undergone modernisation works.
Agnieszka Baczyńska took up the position of Head of Leasing - Retail in CPIPG. She is responsible for the commercialization of retail facilities from the CPIPG portfolio. Baczyńska also manages the leasing of office space on the buildings owned by CPIPG.

Barbora Jansová joined Building & Project Consultancy team at Savills Prague Office as the new ESG Consultant & Project Manager in September 2022. She will be working alongside the Head of BPC, Jan Jurčíček.
Panattoni has just completed its logistics centre in Kojetín and handed it over to multinational e-commerce company Amazon for use. It is the first fully-fledged multi-storey distribution centre in the Czech Republic and is currently the most modern logistics hall in the country thanks to its equipment and environmentally friendly approach as well as its high energy self-sufficiency. The value of the building is more than CZK 5 billion (over € 202 million). The project was financed by Accolade.
The green logistics complex VisionPark in Bratislava received the permit for construction at the end of August. The permit is for three halls with 16,000 sqm area. The developer of the new logistics park based on sustainable principles is DOAS and the leasing agent is 108 Agency Slovakia.
There is a new modern industrial & logistic warehouse with 5,000 sqm of space in Hradec Králové which is already leased by the logistic company Geis. The building has been completed by developer CTP as their first warehouse in CTPark Hradec Králové. With the cooperation of the city, the developer has also built a new traffic light-controlled intersection nearby and now also plans to finish a second, larger warehouse in the park in the 2023 spring, the company announced.
