Cavatina Holding has completed work on the top floors of the Global Office Park office towers in Katowice. The office buildings will be 104 m high each and will provide over 55 thousand sq m of space. Their commissioning is planned for the second quarter of 2022, and they are already leased in about 54%.


Global Office Park is a facility consisting of office, service and residential space. The two office towers are 25-storey buildings 104 m high, with a total leasable area of 55.2 thousand sqm. The third tower will house apartments for rent from Resi Capital. The base of all three skyscrapers will be a five-story podium with space for gastronomy, services and stores. Both residential and office parts will have access to green and relaxation zones created on terraces occupying as much as 2.3 thousand sqm of space. Construction work began in 2019 and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2022. The property is located at the intersection of Mickiewicza and Dąbrówki streets in Katowice and is accessible by both private and public transportation. All GOP office buildings will be certified in the BREEAM system on ‘Excellent’ level. Building C, which has already been commissioned, received the certificate. The towers are undergoing the verification procedure. To provide tenants with maximum comfort in post-pandemic reality, Cavatina has decided to certify all its office buildings also in the WELL Health-Safety Rating system. The entire portfolio of Cavatina's investments already built received certification confirmation in May. More buildings will undergo this procedure as they are completed.

The The tenants of Global Office Park in Katowice, Tischnera Office in Kraków, Palio Office Park in Gdańsk or Carbon Tower in Wrocław were joined by such brands as the aforementioned ING Tech Poland, Sabre, Medicover, Tyréns, Dr Eryk, Prostep AG, ACN or Selsey.

Milan Kilik has been appointed as the new Head of Office Leasing, with a particular focus on client advisory and team collaboration. Concurrently, Petr Kareš has transitioned into the role of Occupier Business Development Director. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and integrating services across Tenant Representation, Project Management, and Industrial Leasing.
  • Romanian office developer Genesis Property has appointed Cătălin Niculiță as Leasing Manager. With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has held leadership roles at real estate companies such as Atenor, collaborating with major office tenants in the banking, telecom, and IT sectors.
