Romanian developer Forty Management has completely sold all the apartments and leased all spaces in the Central District 4 Elements project that was completed last year following an investment of €25 million.

The green mixed-use scheme features 200 apartments and 2,000 sqm of commercial spaces and is located near Titan Park in Bucharest.

“Central District 4 Elements is a good practice example in real estate, and the fact that it was completely sold out and rented in such a short period of time proves its sustainability in the market. The demand for this project is so high that the selling prices have increased over 50% in the last 6 months," said Lucian Azoiței, CEO of Forty Management.

The last available space of 1,000 sqm was leased to Stay Fit Gym fitness centre in a transaction that was supported by law firm Stratulat Albulescu.

The project’s facilities include a running track on top of the building, an outdoor cinema and wellness areas.

Forty Management has a development pipeline of homes, hotel rooms and commercial spaces on the Bucharest market.
