Industrial developer CTP has delivered a warehouse of almost 10,000 sqm in CTPark Bucharest North for FineStore, the largest online liquor retailer in Romania. The lease transaction was advised by iO Partners.

The industrial park is developed in accordance with BREEAM standards for accessibility and infrastructure.

”CTPark Bucharest North is the ideal option for clients like FineStore which have a major e-commerce business component, as it is very well located on the northern belt of Bucharest, with good infrastructure and easy access to the city," said Ana Dumitrache, Managing Director of CTP Romania.

Daniel Vasilescu, owner of FineStore, adds that the warehouse offers a range of customized solutions.

CTP owns Class A warehouses with a total surface area of approximately 2.5 million sqm in multiple cities in Romania, including Arad, Brasov, Bucharest, Craiova, Oradea, Sibiu and Timișoara. CTP has industrial projects spanning 11 million sqm in 10 European countries.
