Element Industrial announced four new tenants for the recently delivered second phase of Eli Park 1. Euro Games Technology Romania, a company active in the production and distribution of a wide range of products in the gaming industry, Mobilier 1, online home & deco retailer, Decor Floor, a leader in commercial and residential floors and Dentotal, the market leader in the distribution of dentistry products rented over 10,000 sqm in Eli Park 1, the logistics park developed by Element Industrial in the Buftea Chitila area.

"We are pleased that Eli Park 1 meets the requirements of a wide range of end-users of various sizes and operating in different industries," says Muler Onofrei, CEO & Co-Founder, Element Industrial. "The location, being in an area that provides quick access to the centre of Bucharest and the Class A facilities of the park were the decisive elements for the decision to lease.”

The logistics project is served by several public transport lines and is located at a distance of 4 km from the Bucharest ring road, with direct access to a four-lane national road, DN 7. Arctic has established its distribution centre in the first phase of Eli Park 1, occupying an area of 20,000 sqm. The main advantages of the development are easy access to the north and centre of Bucharest and the general location in an area with a surplus of labour (Chitila / Buftea).

Eli Park 1 is developed as a partnership between Element Industrial and the Dedeman group in the Chitila-Buftea area, which is foreshadowed as the new local logistics hub of the Capital.
