The office building Moje Miejsce I, which is part of the multifunctional "destination” project in Warsaw's Dolny Mokotów district, will change its owner. Echo Investment sells it for €47.3 million to an institutional investor operating on the real estate market. The office building is almost fully leased to reputable tenants and has been awarded BREEAM environmental certificate with a Very Good rating.

The office building is part of the city-forming Moje Miejsce project designed by JEMS Architekci. Echo Investment has developed a multifunctional urban quarter that combines two office buildings, apartments, service outlets and well-designed public space. The office building that is the subject of transaction offers nearly 19,000 sqm of leasable space and its tenants include Havas Group, Mastercard, Hebe, Corteva, and CitySpace, among others.

“Moje Miejsce is a well-designed urban space that combines various functions. The office building Moje Miejsce I, which constitutes an important part of this project, is almost 100% leased, which confirms that tenants and their employees appreciate being in sustainable and multifunctional locations. The office building, thanks to the ecological solutions and reputable tenants, is an excellent investment product with a guarantee of stable income for a long-term investor. We are glad that this urban space will gain a new co-host,” says Małgorzata Turek, member of Echo Investment's board responsible for the investment department.

The entire Moje Miejsce destination project is already fully operational and completed. Echo Investment has paid a lot of attention to the development of supplementary infrastructure and green areas. A total of nearly 120 trees were planted within the project and in public areas along the surrounding Dziekońskiego, Beethovena and Aignera Streets. The office part of the project uses energy-efficient and pro-ecological solutions and technologies that support sustainability, which is confirmed by BREEAM certificates.
