Echo Investment concluded a contract with the PKO BP bank concerning an investment loan of nearly €32 million and a VAT loan of PLN 6 million. The funds will be used for the execution of the Sagittarius Business House office project in Wrocław.
Sagittarius Business House is a modern Class A office building which offers a leasable area of 24,000 sqm. The project is located at the junction of Borowska Street and Sucha Street, opposite an office building which has been completed by Echo Investment – Aquarius Business House. The facility will offer parking spaces for bicycles, changing and drying rooms for cyclists. The building will be BREEAM-certified and it will be equipped with access control, fast lifts, the energy efficient HVAC system, temperature control, suspended ceilings, raised floors and friendly lighting.
