Cushman & Wakefield will represent the owner of the Kraków office complex in Armii Krajowej Street, a major road of the city, in office leasing processes. The complex offers a total of more than 36,900 sq m of modern office space.

The office park is located in the north-western part of Krakow and comprises four buildings: Galileo, Newton, Edison and Pascal. It boasts a range of amenities for employees and large green areas in front of the buildings. It also enjoys easy access to bus stops and cycling infrastructure available in its immediate vicinity.

“I have been delivering commercial real estate advisory for many years, and I am a demanding office user myself as well. So I look at this complex from two different perspectives. The office buildings of GTC in Armii Krajowej Street boast a prime location in the ‘green’ part of the city and a vast array of tenant amenities such as a modern conference centre, a gym, a promenade with pergolas and a salt grotto. Tenants will also certainly appreciate the view from the windows over the Kościuszki Mound and the proximity to the Błonia Park and numerous sports facilities, because such surroundings provide a climate that will support the return of employees to offices. Both a comfortable work environment and excellent leisure opportunities as well as multiple facilities in the complex and its immediate neighbourhood will certainly convince many companies that this is an ideal place for a new head office,” says Michał Galimski, Partner, Head of Regional Markets, Cushman & Wakefield.

The office buildings of the complex feature optimal floorplates, flexible space layouts, first-class finishing materials and multiple tenant amenities, including 470 car parking spaces, bicycle parking facilities, a restaurant, a café, a newsagent and green breakout areas in front of the buildings. The owner has recently completed refurbishment works which included the construction of outdoor green pergolas, the revamping of the reception lobby, and the addition of a new gym, a salt grotto and a modern conference room.

“We are convinced that through our cooperation with such an experienced partner as Cushman & Wakefield we will meet the growing requirements of our current tenants and attract new clients. The company will act as the sole letting agent on our flagship business park in Krakow. We are confident that drawing on its long-standing experience as an international agent who is able to listen to the needs of local communities, Cushman & Wakefield will ensure that our complex remains an attractive location for tenants who value the highest service quality,” says Grzegorz Boczek, Head of Office Leasing at GTC.

GTC’s business park in Krakow has received a green certificate BREEAM IN USE EXCELLENT.

The GTC Group is a real estate developer and investor focusing on the Polish market and the capitals of Central and Eastern Europe. It is the owner and manager of 51 commercial buildings providing approximately 810,000 sq m of office and retail space in Poland, Budapest, Bucharest, Belgrade, Zagreb and Sofia.
