Cushman & Wakefield will act as the sole agent responsible for the commercialisation of the Łódź 1 office building of the Prime Holdings Group.

Łódź 1 is a new building in the portfolio of Cushman & Wakefield. Zuzanna Krech and Anna Szurek, both from the firm’s Łódź office and assisted in the process by Monika Sieradzan, will be responsible for the letting of 6,500 sqm of office space.

“We are pleased to announce the commencement of cooperation with the Prime Holdings Group, which has appointed Cushman & Wakefield its exclusive leasing agent for Łódź 1, an office building located in the very centre of the city, in a very well-connected location. Łódź 1 potential is great, as evidenced by the fact that over the years the building has been fully let,” says Zuzanna Krech, Regional Head Central Poland, Cushman & Wakefield

Łódź 1 is a four-storey office building with a leasable area of 6,500 sqm. It is located in the very centre of the city, at 22 Piłsudskiego Avenue, with tenants enjoying easy access to an extensive urban infrastructure including tram and bus stops, the Galeria Łódzka shopping centre, a promenade on Piotrkowska Street and numerous restaurants, cafés and shops. Its car park provides 140 ground parking spaces.

The Prime Holdings Group is a private, owner-operated real estate platform with a special focus on the Central and Eastern European region (CEE), actively originating, structuring, financing and managing Private Equity real estate investments, with a core focus on prime locations.
