Cushman & Wakefield continues its partnership with GTC to provide community building services for the company’s office buildings. By coordinating its activities as part of its proprietary “WakeApp Your Office” scheme, Cushman & Wakefield is responding to the challenges experienced by office tenants and landlords in encouraging employees to return to the office post-pandemic.

Cushman & Wakefield is committed to communicating with tenants, building relations, implementing a tactical wellbeing plan and supporting user satisfaction surveys. As part of its strategy, it also provides content management in “WELCOME GTC”, a mobile app for the developer’s office buildings.

Community Building & Property Marketing

With its Community Building and Property Marketing platform, Cushman & Wakefield provides landlords with a complete set of tools to support the process of community building around a property. Recommendations of short- and long-term strategies are underpinned by both a survey-based analysis of tenants’ needs and the developer’s vision and guiding principles. Activities are prepared in line with the latest trends to incorporate the flexible ways of communication and community building in a hybrid work environment. Everything is developed with a special focus on modern mobile apps designed to integrate both communities and individual building systems - in the spirit of ESG and with an emphasis on sustainability.

The office portfolio of GTC

Cushman & Wakefield’s cooperation with GTC focuses on activities dedicated to 10 office complexes with a combined area of approximately 180,000 sq m of GLA in several Polish cities: Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław and Katowice. The dedicated strategy and marketing plan for GTC are being carried out in parallel with the ongoing roll-out of the “WELCOME GTC” app. The main objective is to integrate the ecosystem of the properties and the whole portfolio in a single tool to improve tenant satisfaction and enhance communication with individual property users.

“We are pleased that thanks to the business relationship we established last year we are able to ‘wake up’ tenants to return to the office and to shape the space they are in. Our engagement and framework cooperation with GTC are a unique project which already shows that the synergy of investment in new technologies and wellbeing is impacting the future of the modern workplace and employees,” says Sylwia Wiszowata-Łazarz, Associate Director, Marketing Asset Services, Cushman & Wakefield.

“Both WELCOME GTC and the solutions provided by Cushman & Wakefield in its CushAPP are based on the identical tools of SpaceOs, a leading proptech scaleup. This makes us confident that proven solutions and experiences pave the way for effective digitalization of properties and their communities,” adds Grzegorz Dyląg, Partner, Head of Asset Services Business Space Poland, Cushman & Wakefield.
