Cushman & Wakefield has extended its exclusive affiliation with CBS International to enter the Croatian market, expanding its wide array of integrated property services to one of the youngest EU countries.

Cushman & Wakefield already covers the regional markets of Serbia, Macedonia, and Montenegro, through exclusive affiliate relationships, advising property owners, investors and occupiers on every aspect of their property strategies. Cushman & Wakefield CBS International has now opened an office in Zagreb.

Predrag Tutic, Country Manager for Cushman & Wakefield CBS International, said: “The Croatian property market has been drawing increasingly notable investment volumes, with rising consumer spending, economic growth and booming tourism further incentivising international names to expand their businesses in Croatia. By combining our local knowledge with the international experience and expert cross-border support of a global leader we will meet all our clients’ property needs, helping them boost their business goals.”

Jonathan Hallett, Head of Central & Eastern Europe at Cushman & Wakefield, added: “A year after first partnering with CBS International, clear market leaders in the Serbian market, we are delighted to extend our cooperation and reach into Croatia’s growing property market. While we have been active in Croatia for many years, this new on-the-ground operation makes us uniquely placed to deliver market-leading delivery to international expectations - whilst respecting local nuances - across all core service lines.”

Colin Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, EMEA, Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Our strong and long-lasting relationships with affiliates across EMEA extends delivery into markets where Cushman & Wakefield does not currently have a wholly-owned presence. This benefits both local and global clients who gain access to our global network and local knowledge respectively.”

Cushman & Wakefield is a top three global real estate services firm, with 51,000 employees in more than 70 countries and recorded revenue of $8.2 billion.
