CTP will deliver another logistics park in Cluj county by the end of this year. The 30,000 sqm CTPark Cluj II will be completed in three phases.

The first phase will end in August 2018 and will consist in the construction of approximately 8,000 sqm GLA, which already has been pre-leased to a strategic client. The second phase will be finalized in October 2018, when appx. 11,000 sqm GLA will be delivered. The space is available for lease. The third and last phase will be completed in December 2018 when another logistics space of approximately 11,000 sqm GLA will be delivered. This space is also available for future tenants.

“The western part of the country, and Cluj County in particular, is developing fast economically. The demand for industrial and logistics space is at one of the highest levels we have seen in recent years, so CTP is adapting in order to meet the needs of its existing and future tenants,” stated Emanoil Dascălu, Construction Director of CTP Romania.

The future space in CTPark Cluj II will be used for storage and production activities. The 22,000 sqm that are available for lease constitutes a single warehouse with a flexible structure that allows space to be divided into different sizes, depending on customer’s needs, from 1,500 sqm to 10,500 sqm.

In Cluj, CTP finalized the development of CTPark Cluj I, a logistics park with a total leasable area of 33,500 sqm Situated at 13 km from the centre of Cluj-Napoca and near the airport, the warehouse was completed in November 2017 and is occupied by strategic CTP client, Profi.
