Rudolf Nemes will be joining CTP as Country Manager in Hungary, effective on January 8th, 2018, while István Pozderka became the company’s new Senior Business Developer in Hungary, effective on January 1st, 2018. The primary task of the new team will be to accelerate business growth and to strengthen the Hungarian platform in order to create the foundation of a sustainable future expansion.


As the new Country Manager Mr. Nemes’ main focus will be setting up the Hungarian team and improving the current structure and communication with various departments outside of Hungary. Furthermore, he will be involved in HR and the business development activities of the company. Mr. Nemes (37) is based in Budapest, where he studied economics and has had a successful career as head of numerous departments at financial institutions and real estate development companies.
 
“My main task will be to significantly expand the Hungarian platform. I expect that further hirings will follow in 2018, the local portfolio will grow by more than 25% and the profitability/efficiency of the operation will improve as well. Currently the team will focus on leasing CTPark Komárom with 50.000 sqm of lettable space and CTPark Székesfehérvár where 20.000 sqm are still available for lease,” says Rudolf Nemes.
 
Senior Business Developer István Pozderka, along with the Hungarian business team, will be working on securing tenants for CTP properties, as well as initiating new developments. Mr. Pozderka (30) studied economy and business at Corvinus University in Budapest and comes to CTP from CBRE, where he has been working since 2013 as Industrial Property Adviser.

  • XXS GYM has signed a lease for over 850 sqm of space in the modern O3 Business Campus office complex, located on Opolska Street in the northern part of Cracow.
  • Alior Bank has extended its lease at Ocean Office Park B in Kraków to accommodate its Private Banking Department. The deal, supported by brokerage firm CBRE, marks the final stage of a two-year consolidation of the bank's Kraków operations.   • TriGranit has finalized a lease extension with Mondelez Europe Services to remain in the Signum Work Station building through 2032. Facilitated by broker CBRE, the agreement secures nearly 4,000 sqm of office surface for the global snacks group member within Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

New appointments

  • Katarzyna Myjak has joined Axi Immo as Senior Business Advisory Manager, tasked with strengthening the company’s Industrial & Logistics business line.
  • Czech investment group SCF has expanded its team by appointing Jan Simandl as Senior Leasing Team Leader. In this role, Simandl will oversee leasing activities across the company’s commercial property portfolio. He previously worked for CPI Property Group and CBRE.
  • Michał Kochanowski-Laren has joined Avison Young Poland’s Technical Advisory and Project Management team as Project Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for delivering a variety of consultancy projects across all segments of the commercial real estate market in Poland. Kochanowski-Laren is an electrical engineer and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
