Richard Wilkinson is joining CTP as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective 1 July 2018 and will be working closely with Robert Pitt, COO, and Remon Vos, CEO, to secure growth, increase market share and profitability.
Mr. Wilkinson will be directly involved in defining the overall group financial strategy in order to improve the company’s performance and in providing a financial perspective on all development initiatives. Mr. Wilkinson will represent CTP with investment banks, investors, and financial partners.
Mr. Wilkinson studied Law at the London School of Economics before moving to a career in finance. For the last nearly 30 years he has worked at Erste Group in Vienna, where he executed various senior management positions in Treasury, Balance Sheet Management and Corporate banking, before taking over Erste´s Commercial Real Estate business in 2011.
