Local developer Crestyl plans to build six office buildings as part of the new Prague district Hagibor in the vicinity of Želivského metro station. The construction of the first phase, in which EP Real Estate is also involved, will start this year. Crestyl is also gradually building five residential buildings on the site. The cost of the entire project will exceed €350 million (CZK 9 billion), local daily E15 reports.

The first stage of the office project includes two office buildings that will offer 31,000 sqm of space for lease. Of this, almost 9,000 sqm will be occupied by the new HQ of media house Czech News Center.

Upon completion, the six office buildings combined will offer approximately 80,000 sqm of leasable space. The first phase of offices includes two buildings directly on Vinohradská Avenue. The ground floors of the nine-storey buildings will provide space for shops, restaurants and services
