CHS – Immobilien has sold the Orifarm Hostivice logistics and office complex on the western outskirts of Prague to a private investor for an undisclosed sum.
The property spans 6,052 sqm of total leasable area, comprising approximately 4,818 sqm of warehouse space and 1,234 sqm of office and administrative space. The complex is fully leased to Orifarm Supply, an international pharmaceutical group.
The Hostivice site benefits from its strategic location near Prague's ring road and the D6 and D7 highways, providing quick access to downtown Prague and major transportation routes throughout the Czech Republic.
"Local investors' interest in both projects also confirms the trend of Czech capital dominance that we have been observing in the market since last year," says Tomáš Szilagyi, Associate Director at Colliers, the agency representing the seller and providing advisory services throughout the transaction.
PDP Property Development Partners also participated in the transaction, while law firm bpv Braun Partners provided legal counsel to the seller.
