React, an office project developed by Echo Investment in Łódź, will be the second location in the city for Chillispaces, a company specializing in providing coworking spaces. The tenant will start to operate here in the first quarter of 2022.

React is a seven-storey office building being constructed in the center of Łódź, at one of the city's main arteries - Piłsudskiego Avenue, in the vicinity of Galeria Łódzka and Centrum Tram Station. As a result of the project, 15,000 sqm of office space will be provided already in Q4 2021 in Łódź. Chillispaces, a new tenant of the facility, will occupy an area of as much as 3,500 sqm, with 520 workplaces, 16 conference rooms, a chillout zone, team rooms and event space.

“We can see that the importance of coworking offices is growing during the pandemic. A tenant like Chillispaces will be in high demand, among other things, due to the central location of React, which is surrounded by a whole range of services and commercial facilities. An additional advantage of the new location of Chillispaces will definitely be a well-thought-out and very well-designed space to work, which will be a perfect complement to the possibilities offered by our office building,” says Katarzyna Kubicka, regional director at Echo Investment's office department.

Chillispaces is a brand co-created by Rise.pl, which was established in 2003 and offers flexible space for rent. React is the second location in Łódź, but the company also has offices in other cities, including Kraków and Rzeszów.

“What was particularly important for us when choosing a building to open another serviced space was a prime location. In this respect, React has met all our expectations. The project is located in the center of Łódź, with very good access to public transport. This will definitely attract our clients, who will be offered a place ready and waiting to start working, with full service support. It is worth noting that our offices meet the needs of both big companies, and businesses that are growing, but also freelancers will find their space here,” says Piotr Augustyn, Chairman of the Board of Rise.pl, co-owner of Chillispaces.

Experts from Knight Frank, an international real estate advisory company, advised Chillispaces during its search for a new location.

“React is the most suitable project for Chillispaces. When selecting a new location, besides how a building is situated, such aspects as flexible office space, which gives many possibilities of space arrangement, were important. An additional advantage is a representative, interesting lobby of the project, which is a showcase of the entire building. We are very glad that we could be a part of the process which finally ended with signing a lease agreement,” says Izabela Dąbrowska, Director at Knight Frank’s Tenant Representation Department.

The React office building will be equipped with RCI Active Pure air purification system. It generates oxidants, which deactivate biological, bacterial and viral pollutants (including SARS-COV2), both from the air and all surfaces. Recent studies show that RCI Active Pure can inactivate the SARS-COV2 virus in less than 3 minutes.
