Property Forum is excited to publish the timeline for its flagship awards programmes in 2026, celebrating excellence and innovation across Central & Eastern Europe’s real estate markets. These awards recognise outstanding organisations, projects and individuals whose contributions have shaped the region’s real estate landscape over the past year. SEE Property Forum Awards and CEE Property Forum Awards reflect the momentum and dynamism of regional property sectors and provide a platform to honour industry leadership, sustainability, design excellence and strategic impact.


SEE Property Forum Awards 2026 — Timeline

  • Nominations open: mid-August 2026
  • Nominations close: mid-September 2026
  • Awards Gala: 20 October 2026, Bucharest, Romania

Celebrating the Romanian property market, the annual SEE Property Forum Awards will be presented during the SEE Property Forum & Awards Gala in Bucharest on 20 October 2026. The nomination period runs from mid-August through mid-September, inviting submissions from developers, investors, service providers, advisers, and professionals across the Romanian property market.

CEE Property Forum Awards 2026 — Timeline

  • Nominations open: mid-September 2026
  • Nominations close: second half of October 2026
  • Awards Gala: 23 November 2026, Vienna, Austria

Covering the entire CEE region, the CEE Property Forum Awards will open for nominations in mid-September and close in the second half of October. Winners will be announced at the CEE Property Forum & Awards Gala in Vienna on 23 November 2026, part of the two-day CEE Property Forum conference.

  • Project of the Year – Office / Retail / Logistics / Living
  • Investment Deal of the Year
  • Financing Story of the Year
  • Investment Professional of the Year
  • Financing Professional of the Year
  • Tech Gamechanger of the Year

Jury and evaluation

Both awards will be assessed by independent juries composed of senior leaders and experts from across the regional real estate industry. The juries will convene for dedicated jury dinners prior to each awards gala, where they will review submissions, debate entries, and select winners.

The jury process is designed to uphold fairness, sector expertise and regional representation, with criteria that balance project quality, strategic impact, innovation and contribution to the market.

How to participate

Organisations and professionals interested in entering the SEE or CEE Property Forum Awards should prepare their submissions during the nomination windows. Detailed category descriptions, entry criteria and submission guidelines will be published on the Property Forum website ahead of each nomination period.

These awards not only spotlight achievements from the past year but also foster connections, promote best practices, and drive continued progress within the regional real estate communities.

New leases

  • Jack & Jones has leased 310 sqm for a new store at Promenada Sibiu, owned by NEPI Rockcastle.
  • Palas Campus, Romania's largest office building, is set to host the new regional hub for BCR starting this autumn. The HQ will occupy a surface area of approximately 1,000 sqm and will serve clients from the local county and adjacent regions.
  • Teva Pharmaceuticals has relocated its offices to Budapest-based Corvin Skypark. The deal covering 653 sqm was brokered by iO Partners.

New appointments

  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.

Fiege expands 21,000 sqm across three Panattoni parks

Panattoni and Fiege are expanding their partnership in western Poland through new agreements covering lease extensions and expansions at three sites: Panattoni Park Goleńiów I, Panattoni Park Zielona Góra I and Panattoni Park Gorzów I. The total additional space leased by Fiege amounts to nearly 21,000 sqm.
