The list of buildings to be managed by CBRE includes the Kavčí Hory Office Park (42,265 sqm) in Prague 4 and five office projects within the developer’s River City Prague office campus in Prague 8, including the already completed Danube House (21,411 sqm), Nile House (18,956 sqm) and Amazon Court (23,273 sqm) as well as two buildings under construction and scheduled for completion this summer – Mississippi House (13,383 sqm) and Missouri Park (6,125 sqm).

“In the coming months, we will focus mainly on improving the quality of operational services and care for tenants. We really like the combination of the River City office and leisure concept, which offers the potential to create a community that connects the work and personal activities of employees. The new Mississippi House and Missouri Park projects, which are equipped with intelligent technologies and certified to the highest standards, will connect us with tenants in matters of the indoor environment, health, safety and work comfort,” says Zuzana Klabalová, Head of Property Management at CBRE in the Czech Republic

The total area of the portfolio equals almost 150,000 sqm, with a current occupancy rate of more than 90% in the completed buildings. The list of tenants includes Equa bank, Spaces, Adastra, ICZ, Procter & Gamble and Rockaway Capital.
