Capital Park Group has obtained a legally binding planning permission for the first phase of its Nowy Wełnowiec development in Katowice. The approval follows years of preparation, design work and administrative procedures, and marks the project's entry into the construction phase.
The first phase comprises three residential buildings with over 230 flats and approximately 1,000 sqm of retail space. A further element of this phase is the regeneration of the historic compressor station on Korfantego Avenue.
The developer has also begun the process of selecting a main contractor for the project.
